What we do

The Campus Team works with organisations responsible for large, shared places to help those places function as communities, not just assets.

Our work brings together strategy, engagement and delivery across four interconnected areas:

A group of people participating in a discussion or activity, sitting on chairs around a large orange poster on the floor in a room with large windows and curtains.

1

Community Consultation

We design and deliver consultation that genuinely shapes places, ensuring that strategy, design and delivery are grounded in lived experience.

2

Stakeholder engagement

We bring together tenants, local authorities, universities, charities and community organisations to align priorities and enable joined-up, long-term impact.

3

Placemaking & activation

We help large estates and campuses feel welcoming, lived-in and purposeful, transforming underused or transitional spaces into places people want to spend time in.

4

Social impact

We work to be a force for good locally, ensuring the places we manage help the surround community to thrive – becoming more tolerant, resilient, interconnected and vibrant.
